I've been resisting doing a blog for quite some time. I'm really not sure why I'm here now. There are thousands of Christian blogs, devotionals of every flavor, enough Bible study sites to keep you up all night. But for some strange reason, here I am.
Before you go any further with me, there are some things you need to know:
I am not a Bible scholar.
I've never been to Bible school.
I'm not as widely read as I'd like to be.
Any revelation I have has certainly been revealed before.
I am hungry.
I love to study.
I'm not satisfied with a daily devotional. I want more.
And I'm crazy enough to start my blogging adventure with a study of Isaiah.
Huh.

My Dearest Wife. As you begin this journey of blending your heart felt words and thoughts with the words from the Scriptures with the thoughts of the Living God, you will be writing the amalgamation of these thoughts for others to consume.
As you write unto each page for others, the marvelous Hand of God will continue to write on the pages of your heart, writing and unfolding more and more (Jer. 31:33, Heb. 10:16, Heb. 8:10).
May God cause your writings to stir a hunger in your readers that they too will peer into the Scriptures and open their hearts to the Spirit of the Living God.
